SUSTAINABILITY AND CLIMATE IMPACT GOALS.
Working with hospitality businesses, we recognize the importance of sustainability and the impact of their operations on the environment. Therefore, we commit to the following sustainability and climate impact goals that we will be actively advising to their operations:
1. Reduce food waste: we commit to reducing our food waste by implementing strategies such as portion control, inventory management, and donation of excess food to local charities.

2. Sustainable sourcing: we will prioritize sourcing local, seasonal, and sustainably-produced ingredients to reduce our carbon footprint and support local farmers and producers.
